This page explains how to request deletion of personal information that LoanOfficerAssistant.ai has collected. We process deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and our data retention obligations.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your personal information, email us at the address below with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." In your message, please include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account or request
- A description of what you would like deleted (for example, demo request data, account data, or all personal information)
We will use the information you provide to verify your identity and locate the records to delete. We may contact you if we need additional information to process your request.
What happens after you request deletion
Once we verify your request, we will delete your personal information from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required or permitted to retain it by law. We will also ask our service providers to delete your information from their systems where applicable.
In some cases, we may retain certain information to prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. When we do, we limit the use of that information to those specific purposes.
Deletion of accounts
If you have a LoanOfficerAssistant.ai account and would like to delete it, please send your request from the email address associated with the account. Deleting your account will remove the account data and associated personal information from our active systems, subject to the retention limits described above.
Third-party services
Deleting your information from LoanOfficerAssistant.ai does not automatically delete it from any third-party integrations or services you connected to your account. You will need to manage those deletions directly with the third-party providers.
