Technology

One assistant per loan officer. Built like infrastructure, not a chatbot.

Loan Officer Assistant is a full system: always-on lanes working the book, a pricing engine reading live lender sheets, a send gate guarding every message, and a supervisor watching all of it.

Architecture: one officer, one assistant, one server

Every loan officer gets a dedicated assistant on its own server, with its own CRM credentials, keys, voice, and memory. Nothing one officer sets or learns is shared with another. That isolation is the foundation for rolling out to a whole organization safely.

The engine: 32 always-on lanes

The assistant isn’t one big bot. It’s 32 small jobs — first touch, reply handling, quiet-lead offers, re-engagement, carrier recovery, application tracking, and more — each with its own time window and on/off switch. A watchdog supervises every lane, restarts anything that stalls, and alerts the owner on silence or errors.

One record per lead

Texting, voice, pricing, and the dashboard all read from and write to the same lead record. Facts the borrower or officer states — credit score, units, veteran status, current rate, timing — are remembered and used in every later text, call, and quote. Facts the officer enters outrank the lead form and the property record.

Lender knowledge

Guidelines from 56 wholesale lenders: 2,137 program facts across 248 documents covering minimum scores, maximum LTV and DTI, and property and occupancy rules. A directory of 237 lenders includes each officer’s own notes and rules. The assistant uses it to match borrowers to lenders and answer officer questions in chat.

The send gate

Every outbound message passes more than 30 checks in a fixed order, and no lane can route around them: identity, the TCPA time window by the lead’s time zone, STOP and DNC status, cadence by lead age, human-first pauses, approve-first modes, carrier safety rules, duplicate detection, the spend cap, and the quote validator. Every send and every block is logged with its reason.

CRM integration

Bonzo is supported today, and other CRMs with a compatible API can connect. Real-time hooks deliver new leads and inbound texts the moment the CRM sees them, with a polling safety net. Every message is written back to the CRM thread, officer notes are read before the assistant speaks, stages sync to the pipeline, and campaign and tag rules control which lanes may touch each lead.

The voice stack

Built on components the company controls: a programmable phone carrier for numbers and media, streaming speech-to-text, the same reasoning model as the texting assistant, and the officer’s chosen voice engine, including a clone of the officer’s own voice. There’s no per-minute middleman platform in the path. Voice and text share one memory of each lead, and every call is transcribed and reviewed overnight.

The pricing pipeline

  1. 01Pull

It logs into each lender portal at 10 AM Eastern on weekdays and pulls the day’s wholesale sheets. Expired sessions re-authenticate on their own.

  2. 02Parse

A sheet is re-read only when its content changes, keeping pricing fresh without unnecessary processing.

  3. 03Adjust

Each lender’s own adjustment grids are applied: credit score by LTV, purpose, occupancy, property type, units, loan size, state.

  4. 04Enforce

Program LTV and credit floors are applied. Options a lender doesn’t allow are removed, with the reason.

  5. 05Validate

A quote validator blocks impossible rates and payments before anything reaches a borrower.

  6. 06Expire

Sheets older than 21 days are flagged and pulled from quoting.
