5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoanOfficerAssistant.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid us.

Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought in the federal or state courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
